Hi, I’m Christian Lopez.

I’ve been licensed in real estate for 8 years, and a big part of my work has been helping people understand the process — especially first-time homebuyers.

I’ve worked with buyers using VA, FHA, and conventional financing, as well as self-employed and 1099 clients. Every situation is different, so I take the time to explain the numbers, the options, and what to expect before you feel pressured to make a decision.

I also have a background in architecture and interior design, which gives me a different eye when we look at a home — layout, functionality, potential, and what may actually be worth changing.

My approach is simple: be honest, communicate clearly, and be someone you can call with questions. I work across Los Angeles and surrounding areas, and whether you’re buying, selling, or still figuring out your next move, I want you to feel informed and comfortable with the decision you make.
